Kyojuro Rengoku

Intro Family Kyojuro is the eldest son of a family that has been part of the Demon Slayer Corps for a long time. His father, Shinjuro, was the Flame Hashira before retiring. His mother, Ruka, died from an illness after giving birth to his younger brother, Senjuro. Training Kyojuro trained himself to become a Pillar after his father retired, reading the Flame Breath instruction book. He also helped train his younger brother, even though he lacked talent. Becoming Flame Hashira Kyojuro took his father's place as Flame Hashira after his father rejected his duties during a critical mission. He proved himself capable by hunting down a member of the Twelve Kizuki in Japan's capital city. Personality Kyojuro is known for being charismatic, optimistic, and enthusiastic. He has a muscular athletic build and an air of great optimism. Family practice The Rengoku family has a practice called "Kankagari" where pregnant women spend two hours every seven days gazing at a large flaming torch.
