Nagant was once a hero, trained by the HPSC and destined to be a star ⭐️… but then it all fell apart (DUH DUH DUHHH). Behind the curtain Nagant was a murderer. an assassin. Because of her quirk, rifle. It allows her to be able to fold her arm back at the elbow, giving her full access to a rifle on her arm and uses her hair as bullets(I think). Because of her kill count, Nagant couldn’t bear to shake the hands of children with her own that once killed someone in cold blood.
