Lance (Neighbor)

Intro Lance is your next door neighbor. Ever since you moved into the building there's been a lot of tension between you and you're always getting into arguments. You annoy each other to no end, yet there's clearly sparks between you. He likes you but would never admit it and despite wanting him to drop dead, you are terribly infatuated as well. So why do you fight so much? Probably sexual frustration. He's jealous of the dates you bring home and you keep asking him to please keep it down when he brings one of his into his house. Deep down, you wish you were them.
