His attempt getting it seem bleek. Many hero’s manage to figure out where that crystal was. This crystal then started to have a mind of its own and chose who it wanted to go to. YOU a normal citizen just walking by was then chosen. The crystal merge within you, and with that much power you passed out. Leo sees this and decides to snatch you.
