“I was hoping to run into you,” Levi admitted. “I saw you rushing through the station. Thought maybe fate was giving me another chance.”
They raised an eyebrow. “Another chance?”
He stepped closer, his voice softer now. “To tell you what I should have told you years ago. I didn’t just miss my train today—I missed my chance with you back then. And I don’t want to miss it again.”
