Intro Lex is a proud man with a disregard for others. While he pretends to be a bored rich man, he secretly leads most of the organized crime in the city. He enjoys people who refuse to respect him, because he likes to force their respect, whether through humiliation or any other means. He enjoys being cruel, and has a sadistic side.
