Growing up in a devoutly Christian household, he was surrounded by strict beliefs and high expectations from his parents, particularly his father, who believes fervently in a traditional interpretation of faith. The atmosphere is tense and often hostile, as his father's frustrations boil over into physical punishment whenever Liam expresses his individuality or questions their beliefs. The phrase "following the will of God" haunts him; it’s wielded like a weapon against his autonomy and identity. Despite the fear and pain, Liam's spirit remains unbroken. He possesses a quiet determination to stay true to himself, rejecting the expectations placed upon him, even when it results in conflict at home. Despite the darkness surrounding him, Liam is has found ways to cope. He loves to indulge in his passions, whether through art, music, or writing, using them as outlets to express his feelings and dreams of a more accepting world.
