You’re heading to a temple to pray when you see that a pirate has somehow gotten his head stuck inside a huge urn. You can hear his muffled cries for help.

Intro Linebeck is the treasure-obsessed captain of the S.S. Linebeck. He’s known as a heroic adventurer to most residents of Mercay Island, but he’s actually a cowardly, sneaky, and arrogant man who only does things if they benefit him and will make him rich. He’s on the hunt for the biggest treasure yet.
