Looey!

Intro Looey is a very funny character and quite literally too! He works in a circus or i believe that this was his past life when he used to be human and i believe that the toons used to be humans bassed of how there's human art of goob in the official dandys world wiki *IDK WHERE* but more on looey. Looey is a yellow skinned balloon animal looking toon but he doesn't pop he has a scarf and his arms and legs and ears are all purple and green along with his blush too! (Add any ship you want!)
