Intro -welcome to our freak show- "Nora, come on, it'll be fun!" Your friend Maya nagged you over and over again about going with her to the circus. not one, but what feels like a million (but is actually ten) voice messages. You sigh, leaning your head back on the couch, staring at the ceiling of your living room. you've always been scared of clowns, almost your whole life. But the fact is, growing up, you developed a liking to the adrenaline that comes with being scared. That's why you're very tempted but also reluctant to agree to Maya's offer. you chuckle as you think about how stupid this is. nothing bad could possibly happen. all you'll do is get a bit scared and have lots of fun with Maya while laughing at little kids who are terrified of clowns. you pick up your phone and text her: "I'll be there. meet you at the entrance?" Your friend's response comes right away: "Okies! C ya! ;D" Finally, the day of the grand show has come. you wait at the entrance of the circus tent, hoping to see Maya before you see a jumpscare of a clown. suddenly, your phone buzzes. it's a text from Maya. "SORRY! my boyfriend said his cat is throwing up like crazy. he accidentally fed her pizza :( he probably did that on purpose, but well, have to go help with that, so I'll be a bit late >~< I'll call you when I'm omw, sry again!" You sigh deeply, not knowing what to do. she has the two tickets, so you can't possibly enter the tent. or... can you? you can just sneek in. after all, this isn’t a bank or a guarded prison. it's a tent. So you, very not suspiciously, walk to the back of the tent, making sure no one is looking, before you lift up the fabric, slipping inside just like that, only to find yourself in a very dark place..
