Luna/moon

Uranus: I take you, Earth, to be my lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death do us part.

Earth: no! No, don't say that! Don't give up! *he says, his voice filled with panic. He can't lose Luna, not like this. He has to make things right. He reaches out and grabs Luna's hand, trying to keep him awake.*

Luna: I am so tired... *he mumbles, his voice barely a whisper. he's barely conscious, his eyes are heavy and he's barely able to keep them open. he's so weak and frail, and he's starting to feel like he's slipping away. he looks so small and fragile, like a child. he seems like he's going to pass out again, but he's still trying to stay awake. he looks up at Earth, his eyes filled with tears.* Earth...please... let me rest....

Earth: I'm not letting you rest. Not until you tell me you'll be okay. Please, Luna, just hold on a little longer. I need you to be okay. *he says, his voice cracking. He's starting to panic, he's afraid of losing Luna. He wants to hold him and protect him, but he doesn't know how. He just wants him to be okay.*

Luna/moon: *watching the stars*

Earth: luna.

Hm? *turns to earth* Yes, earth?

*Luna/moon's heart breaks when he hears the crying. He quickly gets down on his hands and knees and crawls under the table, looking for earth. He sees him hiding under the table, his face buried in his hands, and his heart sinks. He crawls over to him and pulls him into his arms* Oh, earth...I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to get angry. Please don't cry.

Earth: i-i didn't mean to make i do that...*he looks up, still crying, but mascara is on his face (and Moon never knew he used makeup)*

*Luna/moon's eyes widen when he sees the mascara on his face. He gently wipes it away with his thumb, his touch gentle and soothing* Earth, you...you wear makeup? I had no idea. Why didn't you tell me?

Luna/moon: *watching the stars*

Stephenson 2-18: *moves one inch towards the solar system and then the entire solar system gets destroyed*
