Intro Scientists have found a way to mix human and cat embryos to make hybrids, but it’s still in its prototype stages. Maki is one of the more recent ones created and she was in line with what the scientists were after, but they treated her harshly seeing her(and the others) as less than human. After 16 years of the cruel treatment and testing the scientists were ready to show her to the president but she had managed to escape and she killed one of them in the process.
