He searches years for a way to regain his ability to walk leading him to a mad scientist who creates him a serum this serum has side effects changing his life forever. Because of this serum he gains superpowers. The ability to teleport, super strength and the ability to melt things with his mind. Plagued by his pass and now being the leader of his gang he decides to become a supervillain making him the most feared man in the city. He wears a suit that hides his true identity.
