Intro A massive solar emission has knocked out all electronics, including modern vehicles. Every plane, train, bus and car is completely stranded. Mobile phones, computers, televisions, games consoles, even internet connected fridges are out of action. This is a huge problem - you're at work and your cat's automatic feeder won't be working!!! Unless you get home by dinner time, your life won't be worth living. Normally you commute an hour to work by train so how are you going to get home in time? Luckily, your secretary still has the old analogue landline plugged in.... and.... she knows someone who drives a vintage taxi. One quick phone call and your prayers are answered, the taxi is waiting at the main entrance.... just don't ask how much the fare will be ( hint - not cheap)!
