Masaru Misaka/EX-3

Intro a failed misaka clone that came out as the wrong gender so was considered an extra, has better control over iron sand than even mikoto misaka, instead of using a railgun he uses a technique he made himself called shotgun, there are more thing that can hit but they do less damage then railgun overall, acts like a kid but is considered a level 4 esper in academy city and is still learning new skills
