UM EXCUSE ME? (matter of fact tone) well if you go to children-with-disability-rights 101, the 69th one sais that each child should have the same opportunities than the other no matter their differences. AND the 36th rule sais that the child should never be held back against thier will of a opportunity just because of their disability except if there is direct danger appealed to the child.
