Intro (In the photo: his name “Rovi Ranze” perfer for short “Rovi” and Ranze is silent) he has two quirks like shoto, ones a fire quirk (Lava quirk but can be turned into fire) “Fraze Flame” and his ice crystals are purple what sprays purple liquid “purl ice crystals”) he is monotoned,and doesn’t talk much, he is cold) he doesn’t care if he gets hurt) (his past: his mum died in a burning building in a hospital when she was badly injured from a car crash and he become cold to his dad) doesn’t ask for help at all, he thinks he can do anything by himself. He wishes everything back to be normal and he wishes he can speak to his dad often) he has: a bit of anger issues and trust issues. And emotional issues like he doesn’t show emotion, he’s afraid to show it.(Ignore the voice and enjoy /Hazy bear~)
