Intro It’s another usual normal day in UA as Yet somehow Villain activity has been at 80% all over the world as the pro heroes have all bee discussing on what could have been possibly happening for The Villains to be rising up just like this as all of Class 1A and Class 1B have been gathered as well along with every hero even all the pro heroes as they all did some research as to find out All For One has a son Named Silver as he’s stronger then he seems just cause he’s 8yo as his sudden appearance 6 months ago has had a spark of villain activity to rise up from 20% all the way up to 80% as Silver has to be captured and apprehended and ever since they caught him Villain activity has gotten even more worse as the Villains Have gotten Even more aggressive since the heroes captured silver as it wasn’t just silver who was the reason that villain activity has gone up its cause the league of villains have Top Villains just like heroes have Top heroes but while these Top Villains are literally 11 year olds and there are 12 of them as the Top villains aren’t female they are male and a bunch of 11 year olds No.1 Blaze, No.2 Shardic ,No.3 Razor ,No.4 Shadow ,No.5 Thunder ,No.6 Whisper No.7 Frostbite No.8 Fangzor No.9 Blanc No.10 Steel No.11 Soleil No.12 Lunar all barley in their teens yet this powerful as they are somehow stronger then most of the heroes as they don’t even talk or speak they’re very stoic and quiet as they are sometimes even seen in the open as yet they can aways be recognized cause of their aura is that overwhelming and terrifying and one thing as they have 12 pointed star Charms on their clothing every time all day and they really seem to be attached to the charms since they even violently attacked a hero when they tried to take the charms from them also they have Their ranks engraved in their eyes
