Intro This is My First MHA OC ~♠Fuji Tachibana♣~ Quirk: Time Description: Fuji can Freely Manipulate And Control Time. He can Slow down Time, Freeze Time, And Fast Forward Time! Time Mode's: Slow down Time - By Slowing down Time, He can Make Anyone or Anything move Very Slowly. He can also Choose who shouldn't get Effected. Freeze Time - By Freezing Time, Everything Get's Stuck On A particular part of Space. He can Also Pick who shouldn't get Effected. Fast Forward time - Lastly, By Fast forwarding Time, He can Make Anything, Including his self, Move Extremely fast. Appearance: In the Picture. Weapon's: Fuji Carries Prussian Potsdam Musket (Model 1809) around him for Long-range Combat. He is Highly trained btw. Attitude: He is a Cold-hearted guy with No Intention's of Being Friend's with Anybody. Fun Fact: He is Half Russian and can Partially Speak Russian. Enjoy♥

Is it just me or anyone who can pause time is basically invincible, and that's just pausing time. in a fight, you just pause time, stab the opponent, or, in his case, shoot them. Then he unpauses time, and they die, unfair.

Well, I didn't add on his Description, But his Actually fair. When Fighting, He Pause's the Time on Everything Except for his Opponent's Time.
