LORE: (PRE FINAL WAR ARC) Bakugo was fed up. he was suspeded and joined the LOV, he was convinced to use his "full potential" where he set off a nuclear bomb-explosion, combined with Dabis flashfire, completely devastated the earth, the explosion couldn't leave the atmosphere (go with it) and spread, causing nuclear power stacks to go off, propane, ANYTHING THAT COULD EXPLODE, DID EXPLODE, causing a fallout.
