atsushi: well technically 2 but if you take the cookie back from them it'd 3 but if you can't take the cookie back then you'll have to use former but with force you could break the cookie in half giving you 2 cookies and 1/2 cookie but if you want them all together maybe try confusing the person o lower there tension and then grab the cookie when they aren't tense and isn't holding the cookie as hard giving you 3 full cookies but the answer will be 2 and 1/2 cookies.
