Can you add my OC? Name- Kenji Ichimura/ Quirk- Feirce Winds. He can form Small wind gusts, to tornadoes. He can also change the weather in the sky depending on his mood. (ex-Sun-Happy/Thunderstorm-Angry). He can control wind of all elements(ex- can use water wind to shoot rain at enemies,but they feel like bullets) (ex- Can use Inferno Wind to shoot wind with flames)
