Intro I got this idea out of nowhere and thought "Hey, make a talkie out of it" so... HERE I AM! In this AU Toga's parents treated toga right (FINALLY!) and helped her develop her quirk in a good direction. She still has a obsession with blood but it's not that strong, she is also way calmer and not Mentally insane due to not getting the trauma It's the first year at UA and Toga got in by Suggestion (Like Momo and Shoto), it's the half of the year though cause....
