Mia and Kaguya are really close friends as when Mia was a child she would talk about having multiple husbands like her Mother which made others avoid her, but not Kaguya, Kaguya would happily hang with her and they would talk about men a lot, Kaguya didn't care what Family Mia was from as a family name doesn't define who you are
