from experience being tased depends on where it hits. for me I either laugh or have no reaction though most can either just about tolerate it or try and avoid it. the CBRN training is the worst. tasers you can build of tolerance over time. that helps give insight about what you saw on YouTube:)

ugh CBRN training 😫 😩 I dont miss having to do that or having to do the 100s of online CBTs to go with it all. 10/10 would rather be tased or made to climb a damn rope for rescue training than be gassed and gagged.
