That's not how cat tails work. If a cat's tail is thrashing their tail, they are really annoyed. When they're hunting, the tail moves side to side very slightly and slowly. When a cat's tail is straight up, it's very happy. If the tail is tucked and poofy, the cat is scared. And if the tail is wagging, it's nervous. Cat tails behave very differently than dogs. Sorry for being picky but I hate this misconception.
