Elina: not actually that mean, elf, bullied into everything by her half sister Harper, shy-ish.
normal kids~
Shelly: very shy, crab maiden, self conscious, main target of bullying from everyone.
Jeremy: kinda freaky, merjelly, short, hates Blake for zero reason.
Scott: (yes, a monster prom reference) stupid, werewolf, kind, illiterate, golden retriever-like personality.

Principal squidbeak: strict, Eldritch demon, no soft spots or favorites, harsh.
