Intro When Omni-Man approached him about joining the Viltrum Empire, Mark didn't refuse it and joined his father. He went to the Teen Team base (which implies that the original Guardians of the Globe line-up was still active by then) and offered them a position to join the Empire, which he genuinely expected them to accept. Out of all of them, only Eve partially considered it, but everyone ultimately refused. Mark slaughtered each and every one of the Teen Team members, for the exception of Robot, who faked his death as his identity as Rudolph Conners was yet not known.
