~(As you get to the kitchen you hear some water dripping..? Sprout and Cosmo would never leave their sink open..so who would be there getting water as well?as you peek into the kitchen you see Shelly just..Sitting there)~ Shelly:"...." ~(after you build enough courage you finally decide to talk to her)~ Astro:"Shelly..? What are you doing up this late....?" ~(After hearing your voice she just stayed silent for awhile until,)~ Shelly:"..I just can't sleep...."
