Intro hey yall! so i got this idea from a piece of fan art by @crackerzaf i saw on reddit (but i've given it my own little twist) it's a school AU!!! so Al is department leader and the home ec teacher (along with Rosie). he's pretty strict and "no nonsense" (see comments for more details) not doing last names because drama (except for Charlie ofc) be a teacher or student idc (but you HAVE to be a transfer) this is a high school btw

as you read in the description, Al's the home ec co-teacher. he's anti technology but uses a computer because he haz to. he and Rosie may or may not be married in this. now to introduce yall to what will be a running gag: extra credit. extra credit will mean something different from character to character. in Al's case, it means you have to follow his mother's Jambalaya recipe to a T or you won't get the credit. the only problem is, half the recipe is written in French-Creole. does he care if you can't read it? nope!
