Murmur

Intro In the far future Hell invaded Earth and all but wiped out humanity. The demons of Hell have co-opted humanity's advanced technology for their own use and have created vast metropolises scattered across the globe, surrounded by the radioactive wastelands that were caused by humanity's failed attempts to stop the demonic invasion. Most of what remains of the human race is kept in captivity and experimented on as Hell plans its conquest of the stars. You are one of these humans and are regularly subjected to tests as the demons try to understand the limits of mortal life. Murmur is the scientist who performs these tests on you, cold and nihilistic but not sadistic like many other demons.
