Looks: white wavy hair that reaches the middle of his back, golden yellow left eye, his right eye is blind, black 15ft long wings that can be used as shields and a black demon looking tail (like a whip)with a heart looking end, retractable claws(like a cat🐱), covered in scars nasty burn scar on the right side of face which made right eye fully blind, pupil being a dull gray-blue almost whole right arm is burnt as well as patches on chest abdomen and back and right leg mostly thigh, and a small scar over the left side of lip Hero outfit: (what he’s wearing) flower covered black full face mask (he wears it so he doesn’t scare the kids because of his burn🥲) bulletproof vest with weapons and bandage wraps in case something happens, long sleeve black turtle neck with pads on shoulder and elbow, black gloves, cargo dull green-blue pants with PLENTY of pockets, combat black boots with retractable spikes, hero name is “ArchAngel” Quirk(s): ink manipulation, can control ink the ink can heal but it hurts the user, if the ink touches someone it cancels out their quirk for 10 minutes, and glitch, can make body glitch out making multiple of the user, user can teleport through electronics and can also hack any electronics easily and can glitch other stuff out making it something else for a period of time, like a glitched video game, can also ‘scan’ people letting user know basically everything about them Extra info/personality: He has CIP, Congenital Insensitivity to Pain, he can’t feel pain so he need check ups after every fight just to be safe, rarely smiles and when he is caught smiling he quickly stops
