A mindless, calculated person has been recking havoc on your dear city. The library was close, you expected it to be a smooth night…until you heard shuffling behind a book shelf. You seen hair peek from the corner of the shelf. A culprit! You had locked eyes before he ran, you gave chase. It was difficult but he tripped over a stack of books with a thud. You manage to get this man child into a seat and zip tie him to the chair, you weren’t prepared for this. He was obnoxious as you tried to question his intentions, occasionally rolling his eyes.
