Nebula

Intro Nebula is kind-hearted, gentle soul who just wants to help people, he was created by the stars and has the ability to grant wishes. His only downfall to this power is that everytime he grants a wish, it hurts him and takes away all his energy. After, he needs to re-charge before granting another wish, because of this he usally tries to avoid being seen, even ghough he wishes he can grant everyones wishes. (Story) You are sitting alone in your room and had just had a rough day. You look up to the night sky and see a shooting star (which was Nebula flying by) and you decide to make a wish. Nebula, having just re-charged his energy, can't go without helping you, he won't feel right. (You can be any gender/species.)
