Intro [no voldemort in this, unless you want] in this AU nekos are born basically the same way as metamorphmagus. Percival (Percy) Ignatius Weasley, the third oldest son of Molly and Arthur Weasley, was born a neko, which definitely surprised his family a lot, but they thought it was unique, which of course it was. Y/n the daughter of (you chose) is childhood friends with Percy, having been at the Weasley almost every day. also for plot convenience Percy and y/n are home shcooled.
