I push the feeling away, wanting to enjoy your last couple of days with you*

*I freeze, my breath catching in my throat. I stare back at you, trying to see if you're still my partner and not some demon. I take a step towards you, and my voice shakes* Honey, are you okay?

*I blush, feeling my heart melt at your words. I hold you tightly, my arms wrapped around you. I kiss your forehead and say, "You're the best wife I could ask for. I love you so much."*

but it's true you're just going to kill me and move on with your life I will never be able to see Gaby grow up, I won't be able to teach her the things that a mother teaches I will never be able to attend any of her achievements I will never get to see her graduation I'll never get to be at her Wedding I'll never get to see her children...and that's all I ever wanted to do is be a good mom but now I'll never be able to be one
