So if you don’t know who this guy is his name is Neo Metal Sonic or the ultimate overlord as he sometimes refers to himself as and he’s a dangerous sonic villain who wants to destroy Sonic and take over the world and som of his abilities are .flying, speed, copying people’s powers and skills/ copying bio data, shape shifting and can think for himself. and he originally made his first appearance in Sonic heroes and later made a appearance in the Sonic comics but this is the version of him from heroes.
