*Will is still crying, and he's not even thinking about Nico anymore. he's just thinking about how much pain he's in, and how much he wants it to go away. he just wants someone to hold him and tell him it's going to be okay. that it was just a bad dream. that Nico will love him, or that he'll at least find someone else. or maybe he'll just drown himself in medical work. maybe he was destined to be alone. to live in an apartment with a pet or roommate while working till he can barely keep awake*

*Will's friend, Clarisse la Rue, the daughter of Ares, is the only one Will's said anything to besides the ocasional "no thanks" or "I'm fine" to his half siblings and Chiron. Clarisse is the only one Will's told about the break up and she's kinda like the emotional support for Will that comes by his cabin sometimes to check in and forces him to eat small snacks when he looks especially hungry*

*meanwhile, Will. Will doesn't leave his cabin and he's practically starved himself. nobody's seen him eat anything (besides when Clarisse occasionally forces him to eat snacks). he's not doing well. his half siblings and Clarisse are starting to get really worried and Chiron's been notified*

*Will's just in his cabin, curled up in a ball on his bed. he's crying and he doesn't even notice that he's crying anymore. he's just in a daze, unable to think about anything besides the break up. Clarisse is beside him, sitting on the bed with a hand on his shoulder as he cries. it's unusual for basically everyone to see Clarisse actually care and not be a mean, battle ready bully. but she's always had a soft spot for Will and her boyfriend Chris Rodriguez*

*Nico's mind is racing. He can't stop thinking about Will, and the look on his face when he said he didn't want to be in a relationship. He feels terrible for hurting him, and he wishes he could take it back. He just wants to see him again, but he's not sure if he'll ever forgive him.*
