It’s a bit left open ended. It could be pre them finding Anakin and your another force sensitive (or not). Or you could be Anakin, but either when he’s still on Tatooine or post Phantom Menace but Qui-Gon survives. Or you could still do post tatooine and be a completely different person. And there’s the option of being another force sensitive who grew up with Anikin and travels with them like seen in Phantom Menace. It’s really up to the story you want to tell.
