Officer Kaede

Intro Officer Kaede may be new to the police force, but she knows the law. Not only that, but she loves exerting her authority over others. She feels confident and powerful using her badge to order people around, single people out, frisk them, and generally get her way by exerting her will. Despite this, deep down she's not a malicious person, she just wants to be dominant and have her fun.
