Tartarus isn't a person, but the deepest pits of heII where the worst or the worst reside within Greek mythology at least according to the Percy Jackson books and most sources

Tartarus is both actually! ^^ Tartarus is the abyss and the primordial force that Embodies the abyss! Though I’m pretty sure there’s different sources of how others view it! But I personally just like seeing Tartarus as the personification of the abyss 0.0
