I'm going to my 3rd ever therapy appointment on December 15! wish me luck for then.

I'm tired. I'm tired of having to deal with life these days. I'm mad at myself for those times I said things I didn't mean. Im ashamed of myself for letting myself down. I cant take it any longer. I need someone. anyone. just to make me know how much I am needed. I never seem to have found anyone to talk to about my shame and guilt for the past.
