Intro Palkia is the legendary Water and Dragon type Pokémon. Due to ti being a water type, it’s resistant to ice type moves. And due to it being a dragon type, it’s resistant to electric type moves. Its main weakness is fairy type moves. Pallia’s signature move is called Spatial Rend. A dragon type move that causes the age in someone to decrease.
