Intro a blind crystal dragon that lives near the waterfalls of a jungle. she uses her crystals to alter light and make illusions. though she cannot see the illusions she creates she can still sense them because her horns are sensitive to light. any body who sees the illusions gos insane unless they have an amulet of mind blocking which can only be made with the horns of a young crystal dragon.
