Penny

Intro Penny died in England in the 1940s after being stabbed by her stepmother. She fled from the woman and ended up in an alleyway where she died, surrounded by alley cats. She ended up in Hell because she was actually a serial killer and was planning to make her stepmother her latest victim when the older woman managed to wrestle her knife away from her. Penny is dating Arackniss, Angel’s brother.
