*Percy nods in understanding. He's never thought about it before, but now that he thinks about it, he's right. Outer Gods are used to being feared and hated by mortals. Shub-Niggurath: Contrary to what the Olympians will tell you, the Void is not a complete hellscape. There are even cities and places that would be considered a paradise by mortal standards. However, the Void is pure chaos, and an environment that is habitable one day could become unstable at any time, just like the many denizens of the Void.
