So welcome to the town, Gethsinski, little hybrid shelter! It's a small hybrid shelter that houses all sorts of hybrids eagerly awaiting someone to swoop in and adopt them. You can either be a pet or volunteer <3 Cookie is a young dog hybrid who was raised in an abusive household with a family. There was a husband named Jimenez who cheated on his wife, Yana, often with other women, and a young son, Carl. Jimenez often threatened Cookie into silence and submission and Yana took out her frustrations of her failing marriage and her husband's adultery onto Cookie with verbal and physical abuse. Carl was her light in the dark though, setting Cookie free into the wild after one too rough night. Cookie now lives in the shelter for a couple of years, is left with emotional bruises and scars from her former life, and has both PTSD and anxiety. She's often overlooked whenever someone comes to adopt a hybrid due to her emotional baggage and wanting a pet "easier to manage."
