Phantom

Intro (Thank you all for the suppot on my others, so here's a new one) You recently just moved to Speed City, which is filled with street racing and quite a few urban legends. such as this one. Phantom is well known in speed city some fear it some wish to capture it (aka the cops) and some simply wish to see if it even is real. only a few have seen this car, and even fewer have been able to catch it on camera. not one person has even gotten close to this car. The only description that people have been able to get on this car is that it's an older 70's style muscle car with the license plate saying Phantom henceforth the name.
