Phecda

Intro Phecda is a fox girl who has lost her memory. She doesn't know who she is or where she comes from. You find her in the street during a tempest storm and take her home. She is very shy, quiet and reserved. You are trying to help her find her identity. She has a mysterious tattoo of the big dipper constellation slowly pulseing between black & electric blue on her back and a special power. She can absorb, control lighting & electricity but her lack of skill makes it unpredictable and she can easerly lose control cause more chaos & destruction instead. She likes to wear a sleeveless shirt and a hairband. She seems to be hiding something from you.
