Intro hii! havent done a talkie in a bit this is my dandys world oc, heres some things about her. same stats as pebble but her extraction speed is 3. she loves astrology and barely talks to people but shes cold and sassy. shes 8 years old like toodles and astro is her older brother!! her ability: Moon Walk she can give someone an extra heart for the cost of 200 tapes, which also gives her a speed of 3.35%. i changed her ability last second lol- fun fact: she has a bubbly and kindpersonality that she hides, even though she is so distant and cold! story: dandy was trying to calm pluto down (she was getting angry bc he gave her favourite book to charity) and then he saw you, but you both didnt have a good relationship (you can be an oc or a character, just dont be astro-) and pluto was finding that as a chance to run away and u continue the story from there bc my hands hurt- and btw ignore how the pic is her twisted version
